Our workout of the day is where the magic happens. We follow the CrossFit methodology, "Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity."

Functional movement is movement that translates into real life. You won't see machines, but equipment that you pick up, move, jump over, jump onto, a rig that you pull yourself up on, and wide open space to do it in.
