NoCoasters, we are starting a new 3 month Black Track Strength cycle next week (April 6th). Normally the BT Strength programming is reserved for those that have gone through the BT application process, but while we're all at home, everyone has the opportunity to jump on our next cycle. We will be focusing on developing our gymnastics strength!
