With the New Years just around the corner, we're gearing up for our annual New Years Nutrition Challenges! As always, we have 2 options for nutrition challenges...

Clean Challenge - This is a Whole 30 based challenge were we learn and practice the basics of whole food nutrition, what to eat, and what not to eat.

Performance Challenge - This is a Performance based challenge were we will learn how the quality and quantity of your food affects your performance through the use of the Zone Diet. We will also track other health markers like sleep, hydration, supplements, training, and mobility.

We are fighting an unwinnable battle for our health... 

The idea that we can beat Big Sugar, processed food companies, and our government is so overwhelming that most of us have conceded the fight already. No matter where you go, sugar and crappy food is assaulting your freedom to live a healthy life, free from chronic disease. It truly feels like the people we're suppose to trust - our government, doctors, pharmacists, and health care professionals are setting us up to fail... I guess there's no money in a healthy society.

We're not going to win the battle - sugar and crappy processed foods...

Our Fall Nutrition Challenge is here! We are doing 28 days of NO ADDED SUGAR! We are keeping it simple this go round and want to zone in on just taking sugar out of our diet. If we change on thing in our diet, taking out added sugar will have the greatest impact long term for our overall health and wellness!
