I've Done CrossFit Before!
Heck yeah! Welcome to your new home. “Doing CrossFit before” means you’ve done an introductory course at another CrossFit Gym and then you were an active member there for at least 3 months.
If that’s the case we'd love to invite you to try a few free classes. We know each gym can be run differently and we want to make sure you find NoCoast CrossFit a good fit.
All we ask is that you email us ahead of time at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can welcome you.
Following your trial period you can choose which membership works best for you!
“My buddy showed me some moves in his garage,” or
“I’ve watched all the videos online”
are great but we still suggest you take our Beginners Course,
if that’s the extent of your experience.
