At NoCoast CrossFit in Lafayette Colorado, we believe wholeheartedly in the CrossFit methodology. We believe that responsible class sizes, great coaching, and the support of a loving community will bring out the best in every individual. Our program is specifically designed to improve fitness and health over the course of our lifetime.
CrossFit is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
We don’t intend on having you invest in us without a guarantee that we will invest in you. We are passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. We want to provide a place where you will thrive.
The best way do that is to provide the support you need in our gym. Quality coaching is imperative to quality results.
That is why we limit our class sizes to 14 per class.
Not only will you be coached in every class, the community will deliver fun, accountability, and camaraderie.
With this kind of commitment to each other, coach to athlete, athlete to coach, and athlete to athlete,
the physical, mental, and spiritual changes you will experience will be very powerful.
What is expected of you:
-Sign up for each class no later than one hour before class
-Show up to classes you sign up for

For folks who have just graduated from our Beginners Course.
This is also our rehabilitative track, for people recovering from injury or severe range of motion problems.
The mainstream use for CrossFit-improving general fitness. This is where 95% of CrossFit athletes play. The user's intention is to get fitter, and live a longer, healthier, stronger life.
For experienced or elite athletes, we provide extra programming to improve strength, skill, and conditioning.
The sky is the limit for anyone who needs more of a challenge!
