The Scoop on WOD

Our workout of the day is where the magic happens. We follow the CrossFit methodology, "Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity."

We highly suggest downloading the Beyond The Whiteboard App. 

 

What you can expect:

  • Something different everyday. Mentally and physically you will encounter a new challenge every time you come to class. 

  • Functional movement is movement that translates into  real life. You won't see machines, but equipment that you pick up, move, jump over, jump onto, a rig that you pull yourself up on, and wide open space to do it in.

  • A group environment that is encouraging, motivating, and drives your intensity.

  • A coach that guides you through each movement, trains you how to do it properly, and encourages you through the hour you are there.
