Congratulations, Jason! You are our August Athlete of the Month!!!

We would like to formally introduce Jason to our NoCoast community as our newest Coach! Jason has been working hard over the past month getting ready to jump into a coaching role here at the gym; you can expect to see him coaching early mornings on Mondays and in the evenings on Thursdays starting the first week of August.

 Congratulations, Nicole! You are the NoCoast Athlete of the Month!!

Nicole has been CrossFitting for almost 2 years now and, in that time, she has transformed herself from the inside out! COVID-19 Reopening - Phase I

As we enter this first phase of reopening, we have set some stringent rules and procedures that must be followed in order to attend “In Gym” NoCoast workouts. In Phase I of our reopening, our top priority is to keep you safe. We realize that everyone’s view of this virus is different and we want to support you wherever you’re at. Chris has been a NoCoaster since the Fall of 2014. His goals are a little different than most, in that our CrossFit program is helping him avoid open heart surgery from a defect he’s had since birth. NoCoasters, we are starting a new 3 month Black Track Strength cycle next week (April 6th). Normally the BT Strength programming is reserved for those that have gone through the BT application process, but while we're all at home, everyone has the opportunity to jump on our next cycle. We will be focusing on developing our gymnastics strength!
